It is National Cake Decorating Day, so I will let you eat cake. It is also National Hug a Drummer Day, which I am sure was started by a drummer. Today we also honor those who work to help the elderly and those entering the final phase of life; it is World Hospice and Palliative Care Day. Lastly, it is World Mental Health Day. Remember, it is always ok to ask and seek help.
